I’d say the event details were easy to understand overall. It took me maybe 2 minutes to find the main info I needed, and everything was laid out clearly enough.

I used Freshtix for a show recently and, not gonna lie, I was kind of paranoid about getting scammed because that seems to happen everywhere now. I was excited for the event, but also weirdly suspicious of every checkout page like an old detective in a hoodie.

The checkout felt secure, and I liked that the tickets showed up right in my account instead of through some sketchy email chain. They did flag a weird issue with my card info before the purchase went through, which was irritating for about five seconds, but then I was like, okay fine, that's probably a good thing.

I got into the event with zero problems, which was a relief. Overall it was easy and felt legit, even if I was grumbling at my phone halfway through the process. Nice to use a ticket site that actually seems to take fraud seriously.

I used Freshtix for a local show, the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be. I just wanted to grab a ticket and move on, but the seating setup had me second-guessing everything.

The sections were listed, but the row and view details felt vague, so I ended up feeling like I was guessing instead of actually choosing. The ticket types also seemed kind of mashed together, and it wasn’t immediately clear what was general admission versus reserved seating.

Checkout technically worked, but I didn’t feel great about what I bought by the end. I also really dislike when sites feel like they’re built around automated systems instead of actual people trying to make a simple decision. I’d use Freshtix again only if I had no other choice.

I emailed them and it took quite a while to get a reply. When they finally responded, it was okay, but nothing really stood out or made the delay feel worth it. I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or courtesy credit, because the wait was frustrating...

I used freshtix.com to grab some tickets, and the payment process was literally so smooth. My card went through right away with no weird errors, no double charges, nothing annoying. "Those Fees Made a Surprise Entrance"
Getting the tickets was easy, but then the service fees suddenly appeared at checkout like a plot twist I did not ask for. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just mildly infuriating and kind of annoying.

"Works fine for the box office"
It gets the job done on busy nights at the box office, which is really what we need most. It can feel a little clunky to use at times, and I wish it was smoother, but anyway... it still helps us get through the rush without too much trouble

The event setup did work in the end, and I was relieved once everything was in place. At first I felt optimistic, then a little annoyed because a few steps weren’t super clear, but after poking around for a bit it started to make sense. Not terrible, just took more figuring out than I expected.

I used freshtix.com to buy tickets, the site itself was easy to get through. Nothing too confusing or anything. But the fees were kind of frustrating because the ticket price looked fine at first, then once I got to checkout, it was suddenly more than I thought it was gonna be.

I mean, I get that fees are part of buying tickets online, but they really should show them earlier. It just felt a little sneaky, you know? Definitely made me less excited to use the site again unless I don’t really have another option

"Reports are fine, but could be better"
Freshtix is okay for basic sales reporting, and I can usually find the totals without much trouble. The analytics just feel kind of limited, though, it’s hard to describe, but filtering and exporting don’t feel as smooth as they should. It gets the job done, just not in a way that feels especially polished

I’ve used freshtix a handful of times now, and it’s been more reliable than a lot of the ticket sites people usually complain about. My tickets show up quickly, the links actually work, and getting checked in at the door has always been simple. No weird errors, no last-minute stress, no hassle. Pretty much exactly what I want when I’m buying tickets.

I got my tickets on my phone right away and had no trouble getting in. I’m usually the person who forgets to print things or leaves them on the counter, so having everything on my phone made it way less stressful. Super simple process, and I’d definitely use it again.

freshtix has been really easy to use with our email and ad platforms. Most of the time, the data syncs over without any fuss, which saves us a bunch of manual work. We did run into one small delay with syncing, but support was quick to help us sort it out. Overall, it’s been a solid and useful tool for what we need

"Refund was handled easy"
I ended up having to cancel at the last minute, which was annoying because I’d already rearranged my afternoon and even made coffee thinking I was about to sit down and deal with a whole thing. i expected the refund process to be a hassle, but I sent a message and got a clear reply quickly.
The refund went through without a bunch of back and forth or extra questions, and the money showed up a few days later. It was simple, fair, and a relief, especially since customer service stuff can sometimes feel way harder than it needs to be

I usually stick with the ticket site I’ve used for years, so I was a little hesitant to try somewhere else. But the prices here were better than I expected, and getting the tickets was easy enough. i might have to start checking this site first next time

"Super easy to send my ticket over"
I bought 2 tickets on Freshtix and then, very calmly of course, realized I couldn’t actually go with my friend. Thankfully, the transfer option was easy to spot, and I had one ticket sent over to them in just a couple minutes.

My friend got the email right away and pulled it up at the door with no problems. No weird steps, no confusion, nothing to dramatically overreact about, which I appreciated. I’d use it again.

"Support was slower than I expected"
I ran into an issue with my ticket and ended up emailing support, I think it was sometime in the afternoon while I was trying to sort a few other things out. The site itself worked fine for the most part, so it wasn’t like everything was a disaster, but it took a few days before I heard anything back. When they finally replied, the message was short and didn’t really solve much. I’ve dealt with worse customer service before, but this was still frustrating because I was basically just waiting around not knowing what was going on.

I got my Freshtix order confirmation pretty much right after I ordered, and everything looked like what I had picked. The date, seats, and price all matched, so I figured the order went through fine. The email felt clear and straightforward, like there wasn’t anything hidden or confusing, which was a relief.
